Went in with a knocking under the car while 100's miles from home on holiday, they not only looked for the fault but fixed it within the hour. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, can't thank them enough for saving our holiday.

Fantastic Customer Service - Looked after my 4X4 - Clear explanation of advisory on the MoT and options for resolution - Great Service - Great Team
Until I went to car care service centre in Barnstaple, a lot of diagnosis was not spotted. Coupled with that is good and professional reception. I've been offered a courtesy car on all occasions I had my car sorted. I will definitely go back again as customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
Superb five-star service throughout, could not recommend enough.
Excellent overall service. A courtesy car was available for me. Friendly & helpful staff.
My wife and I were overwhelmed by the kindness and friendliness of the staff at CCC Barnstaple. Our car's exhaust had been damaged while we were in a short holiday in Devon, and we just happened to be driving past CCC and decided we would try to get a repair there and then. The engineer we spoke to was immediately helpful and sympathetic, got the car up on the lift, fixed our problem and refused to take a penny. My wife was moved to tears. Thank U tried to post this online but failed dismally! But wanted to thank you once more
