Good service. Good standard of work. Reasonably priced.
My car broke down on a Friday. I had no way of getting it home and I needed if for work. I called BCR, they were very kind and offered to keep the car for the weekend. Fault was diagnosed and repaired.
Brilliant service.
Peter and his team were friendly and helpful from start to finish; excellent service.
I needed the car for business and I had a failure of the brake lights which rendered the car dangerous. I phoned the garage and they fitted me in on the spot. They fixed the fault along with another nagging problem I had been having. The car was valeted inside and out and ready that day. The staff are always courteous and professional and kept me informed of progress along with likely costs.
Excellent service from collecting my car and delivering it back. Keeping me informed during the service. I am a very happy customer.

They fixed a problem with my Skoda Octavia - erratic engine idling speed - that another garage had failed to fix.
