Took my Jaguar F-Pace in for a major service (2017). The service was outstanding! They identified a potential issue with the turbo, preventing what could have been a very costly repair—and they fixed it at no extra cost. These guys are reliable and trustworthy—I highly recommend them!

I needed to clean my doggies vomit out from under the seat. I called, spoke briefly and asked if I could borrow a tool to remove the seat. He said “yeah…”. I went over, did what I needed to do. He even reset the cars computer for me. It’s as if it never happened. Tyler is a rock star…
As ever, I was extremely impressed with the first-class service I received from BCR. Steve and the team took great care in diagnosing and fixing my Golf’s problems, even though the job was more complex than expected. Given the work involved, the cost was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

What I thought was going to be a complex and expensive electric mirror switch replacement turned into a quick and inexpensive job for Peter and his team. From the outset there was good communication with a polite and courteous manner, making me feel confident that they could do what they had promised.
Peter Gowlett and his team went over and above. Firstly they confirmed that certain work Audi had claimed to be necessary was not, saving me lots of money. Secondly they changed my cigarette lighter for free, something which Audi should have picked up in the service I just had Thirdly they fixed my bumper for £10.
