Automotive Solutions Scotland Ltd

Efficient, friendly service at a reasonable price.

Just an MOT, no problems, good service.

The staff went out of their way to identify the fault in my car and to rectify it as quickly as possible. I am very impressed by their commitment.

I found Automotive Solution online as we had a customer in the Ayr area who had a problem with their car. I spoke with John and arranged for the car to be repaired. I was worried that with car being in Ayr and us being in Bolton that we might not be looked after. I have to say the service we received was outstanding and the cost was reasonable for the repair. I would definitely use them again if we have a problem in that area. It was a pleasure to find someone with the knowledge of customer service skills they have.

I had a major service carried out with new brakes and alarm repair. The car was spotless when it was returned and I did not expect that. They certainly have the correct approach to business, undercut the competition and provide a better service. I will use again without question. 'We don't cut corners, just costs! So why pay dealership prices?' - fantastic tag line. Well done guys keep up the fantastic work. I wish you the best of luck in your new business.

Great service from the guy as always. They now have access to Mercedes Digital Service Book, so they can update the service history online on the Mercedes database. It just keeps getting better, well done guys.

Service carried out whilst I was waiting. Free wi-fi and coffee, it couldn't have been better.

Great service as always, keep up the good work.

The power steering pump failed on the car and this was identified and replaced the same day. Quick and efficient service at a fraction of the dealer cost.

Good reliable service from Automotive Solutions. We have confidence that our vehicles are maintained correctly and all additional work is advised for authorisation prior to the work being carried out. First class service.

Great service at a good price. Very satisfied.

I was so pleased with John Thomson. He was very pleasant and nice. He did a great job on my car and it was really clean when it came back. I would definitely recommend Automotive Solutions.

Excellent service. My car was returned washed and cleaned inside. It was made easy to collect my car at my work place.

Car picked up at home at specified time.

Very professional, efficient service provided at a very acceptable price. Will definitely use again.

Considering both men have previously worked for a main dealership, it is nice to get a dealership service for non-dealership prices! I would highly recommend them to everyone!

First class service. Thanks.

Great service; nice people.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended and job well done.

Stuart and John provide good customer feedback with an excellent standard of workmanship. Updated and informed about work being carried out as well as potential future works. Trustworthy and will certainly use and recommend. Wireless internet a real bonus.
