From booking in car for service to text notification as reminder, courtesy car provided, extra work discussed and costs. Work completed on time and garage team very professional. Will use this garage again

Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices; they are far superior, in every way, to the local dealership. I have every confidence in their workmanship and thoroughly recommend the garage.

Excellent work, excellent communications, no unnecessary work and very reasonable costs. I cannot recommend this company high enough and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Professional throughout and vehicle returned ahead of schedule and immaculate.

Yet again, excellent, professional, friendly service and really good advice. A company who go above and beyond expectation. No hidden extras or unnecessary work. I would not go anywhere else and thoroughly recommend Automotive Solutions of Ayr.

Fantastic service, very reliable and always phone with quote to carry out any works.

Being a bit nervous of straying away from the Mercedes dealership when it comes to maintenance and service on the car, I needn’t have worried as Automotive Solutions were every bit as professional and attentive. Keeping me well informed on progress and costs, which were competitive and affordable.

Friendly and professional service. Happy to use again.

I have used this garage for six years and have have found them to be totally professional, trustworthy and friendly.

Excellent service, informative, professional, value for money and friendly. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and thoroughly recommend them.

I only ever use this garage. I phoned ahead and got great advice on a cracked wheel due to a pothole. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and happy to talk through options to help you decide the best way forwards. Can't recommend them highly enough!

The team at Automotive Solutions are outstanding - I travel over 50 miles each way to use them and now take 5 vehicles there. Simply cannot fault them.

Yes!! A local Independent Mercedes specialist who have been accommodating to my changing work patterns! From start to finish my car was in safe hands :) I dealt with Paul & Craig who were a pleasure to have done business with. Thanks Guys...My go to garage from now :)

I use this garage as I know I will have the job fixed to a very high standard. Staff are always very polite and very helpful with any other issues I may have. Always happy to help and nothing is any trouble for them. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone. First class service.

This garage has got to be the best in the area for efficient (and reasonably priced) car servicing. Their friendly and courteous customer service goes well beyond anything one might expect. Top marks!
