Automotive Solutions Scotland Ltd

I have a 1991 Mercedes 300E, that would not start and required a major service and MOT. Recognising that a garage is a busy place, I emailed them in the first instance and got a call within 15 minutes. The garage arranged for my car to be recovered to their workshop and provided updates on the status of my car. I thought the customer service was first class and the work was carried out quickly. I also thought that I got excellent value for money. I only wish that I experienced customer service and value for money like this in life more often, as it seems to becoming a rare commodity. I will be using their services again, needless to say.

I felt I could totally trust this garage to do right by me and my car.

If you own a Mercedes do not go anywhere else. Stuart collected car at time previously stated. Nice touch to collect and deliver. All work carried out was done after consultation and as usual to an impeccable standard. Mini valet is great.

Staff could not have been more helpful, standard and quality of service is far superior then what I have ever experienced from any main dealer. Absolutely first class.

Delighted with the thoroughly professional and courteous customer service.

They were very helpful, with excellent knowledgeable and keen to help on any way.

Five star plus, excellent service.

My car was gleaming and also hoover out! The guys are thoroughly gentlemen.

Good honest advice, prompt service, helpful, knowledgeable, honest favourably priced and all round excellent. Highly recommended.

Five stars plus.

Very good value.

Fast, efficient and very reasonably priced service (especially compared to the charges I have had from the local dealer). They never use baffling terms, so I always know exactly what is happening to my car and what is required. A lot of garages can make women feel awkward but not this one! Thanks and I'll be back for the next service!

Their courteous treatment and impressive knowledge exceeds anywhere that we have experienced in the past.

Could not have been more helpful.

Being able to speak to the engineer gave me much more confidence in his abilities to carry out the work required.

Exceptionally knowledgeable staff with a very courteous and friendly approach to a new customer. I would certainly recommend to others and use again. They are also very cost conscious compared to a local main dealer.

Excellent service! Very good to deal with. They offer their advice and they are not pushy. They collect and deliver car at home address. Rates are very competitive. I would recommend to anyone.

Excellent service (at less than half the dealer cost compared to last year) from Stuart and Jon to my Mercedes. Friendly, professional attention with a high standard of workmanship. Highly recommended.

I have used two garages previous to this one and my experiences were terrible. The two men, John and Stewart run a friendly, honest business and always try to save you money where other garages may try to rip you off. They even kindly gave me advice about buying a new car which saved me a lot of money too. I strongly recommend anyone looking for a reliable, great value garage to visit this one. They specialize in Mercedes so you would never think to go here if you don't own one, but I own a Peugeot and just bought a Corsa. They can service and repair any type of car.

I would highly recommend this company.
