I am a senior citizen and not very good with technology. I was going to shop whilst my car was being repaired. Andrew, the youngest member of the team here, wanted to contact me on my mobile. He spent time showing me how to use the mobile as it was new to me. I managed to phone the garage and they managed to call me...all very successfully. Thank you.
