Staff helpful and (unlike most garages) suggest ways to keep cost down. They clearly know their stuff and whilst not cheap, they are, in my opinion cheaper than the main dealer and much more trustworthy(which is important to me).

I am very pleased with the attitude of the staff and the service.

I have used Automotive Solutions for the last three years but this year they have outdone themselves! En route to their premises my Merc edes 300E broke down on the A77 and I called them. The weather was very poor and Stuart arranged the breakdown, picked me up at the side of the road in his own car, dropped me off at the bus station and then dealt with both the Traffic Police and the breakdown recovery company. As always I got a call with regards the MOT and the work needing done to get my car through its MOT. As I was working away, they also held on to to my car for nearly three weeks before I could return to pick it up. When I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out with the tyres blacked too. The quality of work, service and value for money is second to none I have ever experienced from any organisation. If Carlsberg made independent Mercedes Service and Repair Centres, it would be like this!
