After having to be recovered from the near by M5, myself, three passengers and our dog found ourselves at Newbury Motors in Droitwich - this being the choice of my recovery company. 50 miles from home and 160 miles from our holiday in Devon we were in the hands of this unfamiliar garage. The mechanics came out to see what we needed and we're very friendly. They immediately reasured us that despite arriving without a booking they would do their best for us and soon have us back on our journey. We spent a couple of hours in the town - and were then updated that our car was fixed. Our experience with this garage was not only a positive one, but actually a very enjoyable one - despite our misfortune. I would therefore highly recommend this garage to anyone. If I lived in the Droitwich area this would be my garage to use and recommend to friends and family. Thank you again for all your help fellas!

Collected my old fiat today and am absolutely delighted with the care and service provided.my car wouldn't start yesterday and they very kindly came and collected it from my house.i am thrilled not only with their prompt service but with their professional and caring attitudes.
