My car developed a fault on the way to the Lake District. I have a relative who lives in the area of the garage and got my car that far. The breakdown service recommended Stanish Service Station. I was able to leave my car with them without a prior booking. I was contacted by telephone and the diagnosis explained to me. A jolly good service.
By far the best garage experience I've ever had. They were friendly and helpful all the way through from initial contact to me picking the car up when the work was done. The work had been done inside 2 hours of me leaving the car with them but they had no problem with me keeping the courtesy car until the following morning to allow me to make a journey that day which involved travelling some distance. A super garage which I will definitely use again!
