I have been a customer of Birchwood MOT since 2017 (so that says it all). Today I had the dreaded MOT but my well-maintained car passed without any issues. I have always found them to be very HONEST and reliable and on occasion (as in today) going the extra mile to help me out. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them wholeheartedly - they are the only garage that I trust!

Absolutely top garage that goes beyond the ordinary. Have helped me out on a number of occasions. Not just great mechanics but thoroughly decent honest human beings.
Great service as always!
Full 5 stars from me, Car was in for MOT last week and fully expected to need new front brakes,I had a call on the morning from my family who informed me my youngest sister had been given hours to live, I presented my car early and explained my situation, these guys went beyond the call of duty and sorted everything for me in a timely fashion which I was eternally grateful thus allowing me to visit my sister before she died, thanks to all concerned at Birchwood MOT, everything you did for me was very much appreciated.
A thoroughly professional job for which I am extremely grateful. Thank You.

All our family use this garage from our main car a honda civic to my daughter's little Toyota auto. The garage are always very helpful and provide excellent service. We'd recommend them to anyone.
Very helpful and professional.
I have used this garage for a number of years and am always confident that the work will be done to a high standard. I am very particular about whom I let work on my car and even though I have moved a few hundred miles away, I still travel to use this garage when I am at home visiting family.
An excellent service from an honest, skilled and professional team. I would recommend Birchwood MOT to anyone, for a service, MOT or to have work done (car or bike). I won't be using anyone else in future.
What can I say. The guys are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and do an excellent job. Ive been coming here for years after going to various other garages and not being fully satisfied. Would not go anywhere else. Always keep me fully informed on what needs doing and will explain any faults fully. Top quality work at a reasonable price. Would not trust my car with anyone else.
Excellent service as always. Quick and helpful.
Had my car MOT and service here for the past two years and it's nice to have such a great garage nearby. Can't recommend them enough.
Really friendly and knowledgeable mechanic. Work carried out quickly and professionally. Explained that although the body work was repaired the aesthetics could be addressed at a later date to ensure I got my car back for work. Cannot thank them enough
Comfortable waiting room with TV. Gave some useful advice on tyre tread depth and early signs of a wheel bearing issue, neither of which needed immediate action. Also found some money I'd lost down the side of the seat!!
