Always guaranteed excellent service. All staff pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Had intermittent engine malfunction issues with my Ford Mondeo. John Oates guys worked on it patiently. Rather than fixing something which ain't broken, the technician advised me to monitor or repeat fault.

Car was brought in by RAC after problem with brakes. Despite having two mechanics not in, the owner completed the repair for the next day. Very impressed by attitude of staff and the quality of the work.

As an avid Skoda driver, I would always have my Skoda serviced by a Skoda garage. That was until I had my last service by a Skoda dealer locally and 2 days later a fault come up, which was caused by them, they denied this. So I found John Oates Garage. I told them what had happened and they diagnosed a cylinder misfire fault, due to stretched HT leads, which they fixed for me. Top marks to the John Oates Garage.

This is a family business and everyone is very helpful. I have used this garage many times and they have always carried out work in a very professional manner. I feel they are very reasonable on costs and always advise on repairs not necessary.

All work was carried out well - replacement of all glow plugs is a difficult job on this engine. It is a high mileage vehicle, so quite happy with the work done, but key fob was damaged in the process and a piece of equipment is still missing from the interior.
