Once again I have needed the expertise of the mechanics at John Oates Garage, from the moment you step into reception you are greeted to by a smile from the young ladies, who are not only lovely but knowledgeable which inspires confidence. My MOT was carried out, a new tyre fitted. Thank you.
I took my car in for a service and was impressed by the standard of work and care shown to my vehicle. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely take my car back for any further work required. It is refreshing to find a garage with such high standards all round.
Before Christmas, this garage replaced all my tyres as they were worn low, as well as checking all the brakes and running gear for the winter . Today I had a follow-up inspection where one of the mechanics sorted out a minor problem while I waited.
Excellent service as always Very friendly service and staff Leanne and Kelly were very helpful in getting me booked on the day and pick up of my car later that morning.
Fab customer service, friendly, helpful and was done in a couple of hours 🌟🌟 star
I’ve used this garage for years after the AA towed me there. All work carried out is from a wide knowledge base & I trust them completely. Last year I had to find a closer garage and almost paid a lot of money for something I didn’t need. I’m back with John who found a simple answer.
A brilliant garage that helped me when I had burst a tyre. All of the staff were friendly and put me at ease when I had a nightmare of a day with a flat tyre. Communication was excellent and service was second to none. Thank you very much!
