Easy to book in, good communication during MOT e.g. when to drop off, collect etc and really helpful staff (sorted out my key battery when I asked with absolutely no problem at all). Friendly and good service

I was recommended this garage after having a bad service from another garage that was recommended lots on social media. I have since never gone anywhere else, they are very good and very reasonably priced. They always keep you informed and are transparent with everything before they commence work.
I have to say the service and job done by Mark was excellent. He kept me updated on what the issue was and steps he was going to take to try and fix the issue. I will defo recommend and use this garage from now on. Again please pass on my thanks to Mark.
I had taken my car in on the 15/07/2022 for the Air Con too be repaired, I was told that they would re-gas the Air Con system, but I said to the receptionist that the actuator was not working to engage the Air Con pump it still does not work so they did not repair the problem!!
I needed an MOT urgently, rang the garage and they said they would do their best to fit me into an already tight schedule. I dropped the car off Monday morning and got a phone call a few hours later with the good news. This was outstanding service to me!
