Andy provided first class customer service throughout the whole process.
Nice friendly staff and a very pleasant experience. I was offered a nice up of tea whilst waiting. Not from a machine.
I found all the people I spoke to at the garage to be friendly and informative. They are interested in making my experience as easy as possible. Very impressed!
My car was dropped off at the garage by the RAC and I was contacted early the next day as requested with a quote that was excellent. However I didn't hear anything so rang back at 4pm to be told my car was ready. Was concerned I wouldn't have known unless I rang them.
Excellent service, always good job. Well done.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful people. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable.
