Went in for two new tyres. Not only are they the cheapest in the area but the guy fitting them saw some corrosion on my alloys which caused my tyres to constantly deflate slowly and fixed it for me. Excellent communication and service. Will definitely use again.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am that Mark and Ian looked after me and my van when there was an oil leak, which had been giving me grief for about 18 months. I originally took my van to another large chain in Warrington, which was a costly and time consuming event. I took it in about 7 times over a three month period and eventually they told me I had to buy a new gasket for £650. This is after all the money I had already spent, and I only took the car in for an MOT! I then moved to the a main dealership in Warrington, and the sales manager after many attempts to fix it, took me to one side and told me to get a newer van. Not only were your staff welcoming and friendly, but they clearly knew their stuff as my oil leak was fixed. What was even more memorable was the fact that after it was successfully fixed, Ian said, listen if there is still a problem give me a call and we will get it sorted. I worked as a Senior manager and I was passionate about caring for my customers and customer service and it was just so nice to see people in your industry who actually care. I feel I have an old style mechanic who I can trust and also recommend. Please give my best wishes to all of your staff over the Xmas period and I hope you and everyone have a VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR! A very satisfied customer.
