Excellent service from start to finish. Had good advice on tyre wear. Fitted Davanti DX390 tyres which are excellent too.
Very helpful staff. Top service.
Great service, always gives a good update on the condition of the car. I will continue to bring all of my cards to John Oates Garage. Whenever it requires a service or repair.
Excellent service. I would certainly recommend again.
Excellent service. Family run. Helpful, friendly and good prices. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service.
I've used this garage for over 10 years and John is very trustworthy and fair with all the jobs etc required with my vehicles.
Mr Oates and his staff (administration and mechanics) were very friendly and professional. Could not fault the service.
I have used this garage for last 10 years.
Went to main dealer for a recall issue, was advised of new pads and discs. Wasn't happy with price so took it to John Oates Garage where I was quoted a lower price for the same work! Very happy with the standard and was kept informed throughout. Used this garage before and would highly recommend.
Great service. Friendly staff.
The garage was very helpful in advising the type of service needed. They left the decision to me and did not persuade me to spend more money.
I phoned John and took the car there immediately. I was contacted within two hours with a quote for the work required. It was agreed and the car was back with me in two days. I have never had such service in the twenty-seven years of taking cars for MOT.
Quick and efficient service.
Fantastic effort at such notice. Ian was so helpful and explained everything. Car went well on drive back to London.
Perfect service in all aspects.
A good, reliable local garage that provides a consistently high standard.
