Great service. Helpful staff. Sensible prices.
A traditional, friendly, local garage where the needs of the customers are well served. A really pleasant change from the high-pressure attitude of the main dealer!
Staff are very helpful, my car failed the MOT on silly things like headlamp bulbs. The garage did not have time or space to do the bulbs but were extremely helpful in showing me how to correct the fault. I can not recommend them enough, excellent staff, well mannered.
Fantastic service, fitted me in when I needed them most. Great communications and friendly staff.
I'be only had my MOT done this time.
Have used the garage for 8 years. Excellent service available.
It is a new customer and could not have asked for a better service.
Family also use this garage and have advised others to recommend.
My wife and I have used Cleveland Garage for many, many years. We have always been delighted with all aspects of any work undertaken for us - inevitably completed in an extremely competent and professional manner. The garage and it's employees provide good, old-fashioned customer service of the highest quality. Long may they continue to prosper!
Very pleased overall. I will use in the future.
This is what a local garage should be. Excellent service all round.
Very honest and never do anything unnecessary.
I have never been happier than with the service I received at Cleveland Garage. Being female I would sometimes feel a little nervous about taking my car to a garage, but the staff here explained everything to me in layman's terms and I fully understood. The price was fair and the work was excellent. Excellent helpful and friendly service, highly recommended.
