They are always happy to help with advice. I recently took my car to them to fix a rear lighting problem. They looked at problem there and then and ordered the part and luckily enough the part came in on Friday and then they fixed the lighting problem on Saturday. The price was excellent.

I recently had an emergency situation when my car had been hit from behind and was badly damaged. I managed to drive the damaged car to Hadlow Stair Garage where it arrived rattling loudly. I got immediate help from the staff and they managed to knock the misplaced bumper roughly back into place to stop it rubbing on the rear tyre and the exhaust. Then they took it for a short test drive to check it was okay for me to drive it home. They couldn't have been more helpful in this emergency situation and I was very grateful. On previous occasions, for servicing and repair, I have found all the staff in this garage very approachable and helpful and the mechanical services excellent.
