I had an accident recently no one was injured, like most first thing was despair, how long would I be off the road, who would be responsible for the repair, how good would the repairs be? My Car was taken away and I never heard a thing for a couple of weeks or so, then Kiran from Springbok gave me a call, as soon as I heard his voice I felt relieved, I have used Springbok in the past, Kiran as far as I was concerned was now taking control, relief. Kiran explained to me that my car was delivered to Springbok on a flat bed truck, he wondered why, after over looking the car it was driveable, Kiran advised me to come and get my car. By the time I got to Springbok, Kiran and his team had assed the damage pre-ordered the Parts and gave me a booking date, no drama. On arrival I was greeted by Kiran as usual big smiling face, he explained the process and said it should take a week to be completed, staff were going about their daily business, every time I made eye contact I was greeted with good morning or a smile, that reassured me, if I needed anymore reassurance. On the morning of Fourth day I had a missed call from Springbok, thinking they might have to extend the repair time because of unforeseen circumstances, I rang back to be told the repairs had been completed, Happy was an understatement. I arrived at Springbok and as usual greeted by a big smiling face of Kiran, he said to go and Inspect the repairs, there was no need but to comply I had a look, Perfect. Signed a few paperwork and asked Kiran if I could show my appreciation to the Technicians who carried out the repairs, he said that was not necessary but I insisted, he walked me around I shook a few hands and said Thank you very much, everyone said it was unnecessary, I felt good. Thank you very much again Kiran and the staff at Springbok, such a professional team, warm, welcoming, very reassuring and fantastic repair in such a short space time.
