Took my Volvo for its MOT this morning 29/06/16, unfortunately for me it did not pass, the lovely lady on reception called me to let me know what needed doing to get it through and said it would be ready the next day, not a problem for me as have use of another car, anyway was chuffed to get a call a few hours later to say my car was ready for collection the same day with repair completed and MOT retest done and at a good price to. Top service from this friendly well run garage and will recomend to anyone who needs work doing on their cars, 10/10 for service.

A garage you'll be happy to recommend - They certainly keep to their word! I have taken three cars to this garage (numerous times!) and at all times I have been impressed by their response, efficiency, politeness and price. As we all know, it can be extremely difficult to find a decent, honest garage. Those that do exist are very difficult to get booked in to. Given how successful Richard Dalton has made his garage, I expected to never get in. Yet all three occasions I have been seen rapidly and have been quoted both fairly and competitively. Given that I'm not 'mechanically minded', I would like to single out Marc from the garage for his patience and advice regarding my vehicles. Coming from a customer service background myself, I have been very impressed with Marc's demeanour towards me. For that he has my thanks. It is by no means just Marc who has my respect and thanks, it is remarkable how friendly and professional every single member of the team are. I would especially recommend this garage to those, like myself, who perhaps do live tightly and require a garage who won't sting you every chance they get. Hello, my name is Glyn. I come in with my bmw that had a dent in the N/S/R panel. From the minute I came into the reception. I had a warm welcome and told am I ok waiting a minute, while another customer was being seen to. Which I did not mind at all because I was acknowledged. When Mark was available he come out to price up the job. He was very polite and talkative which made it very comfortable to be around him. And he quoted £204 which was the best price I was quoted. He arranged a day that suited me best, then I went home expecting the call to confirm the day. When I received my call yet again a very polite manner and told me rhe Wednesday is fine and would be ready for the Thursday.  When I went to collect my car. The finish was absolutely outstanding you could not tell the difference. The cost was what was quoted and no hidden extras, with working in a fast fit centre myself I know customer service is key. But you have gained a new customer and I will definitely recommend you to our own customers for the jobs we cant do and definitely bodywork. Thank you very much again

Superb service for many years. Standards always higher than main dealers yet bills lower. Work and costs clearly explained so no surprise extra costs. Unlike main dealers If you have an emergency they try very hard to help and never say sorry we are fully booked. Run by a car engineering expert and enthusiast who loves to work on cars and still gets his hands dirty.
