I have never used PVR, Loomer Rd.,Newcastle before. I was ringing local garages to get a price for the replacement of a wet belt on my car. PVR were the cheapest by hundreds of pounds. From the start Kayleigh took my call and couldn’t have been more helpful. From there Gavin was the main man who .looked after me. I am partially disabled having to get about on crutches. The patience and consideration shown towards me from all the staff, including Emma who is also a receptionist, was send to none. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. Exceptional.
