I am delighted with ELkins motors mays lane fareham it was my first visit and I was impressed with the courtious welcome and the interest they showed ,the car was in for an mot and a full service both of which went well ,I will certainly come again.

Booked via Book My Garage and was told MOT is £27, turned up to find it was actually £39. Luckily I did not have to pay because the MOT tester abandoned my test after claiming my car had a fuel leak. Car did not have a fuel leak and it was confirmed immediately afterwards by another garage.

Got totally ripped off!!! A Regular customer but got fooled with a huge repair bill than the other local garage Found this when I cross checked the price later. Never using this Andover MOT & Servicing Centre again. A very unhappy customer that experienced the worst customer service ever!

Always use this garage as we know we won't be overcharged or have any unnecessary work done. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Would recommend them to anyone.

Supervisor never rings back when promises. Rang to find out if vehicle was ready only to turn up and for him to ask whether it needed a full MOT or just a retest, so the vehicle wasn't ready at all. Then proceeded to list the work required only to be talking about a different vehicle. Very poor service.

Great price and good work. However the man with the beard that spoke with me was very off and direct. I'll give him the benefit of doubt, as we all have bad days.

Use this garage for two cars, MOT's, servicing and repairs. On every occasion we always get excellent service from Steve and his team. Would recommend this garage over any other in the area.

My wife and I have now used this garage three times, all with very positive results. The first time was a simple MOT for my wife's car. It failed due to a blown bulb over the rear number-plate. The fixture had broken previously and had been glued together and to the car by the previous owner. The garage spent time removing the fixture, replacing it and the bulb and then did not charge for the work. This was the first time we used them. Second time, my wife's car needed a new clutch. They were several hundred pounds cheaper than the next best quote, and as far as I can tell did the job well. Third time, my car's engine guard/splash shield (plastic shield under the car) had been partly torn due to a speed bump and was dragging on the floor. I was on my way to work when I noticed it, and took it straight to the garage. As I needed to get to work they prioritised the job, put it on the ramp, checked for any other damage and then re-fitted the shield. They charged me a nominal amount for the time spent. It is rare to get good quality and a good price - will definitely continue to use.
