Carnalls Autocentre Limited

I have used Carnall on several occasions now after using another garage for many years. Sometimes cannot get a convenient appointment due to their work schedule which is reassuring so had to use a couple of alternative garages, never again Carnalls have had to correct other mechanics both poor and unnecessary work. In future I will exclusively use Carnalls Auto Centre. Friendly Reception staff honest knowledgeable mechanics and honest estimates for work required.

when your daughter's car won't start (and it's away from home) and the usual charger and attempt to jump start have failed, you feel at the mercy of any garage you turn to. Picked one close to the address and rang,Answered by Mandy who provided a very reasonable rate for callout and pickup, subsequently sorted by leaving the keys at the garage. Received a call from Ryan the following morning explaining that it was the battery and provided a very reasonable quote for replacement with a three-year warranty. Picked up that afternoon by one very happy daughter. Rang to thank the garage and spoke to Ryan who said: 'just doing my job'. What an uplifting and commendable service! We will spread the word via the student union and thank you.
