Helpful, friendly, efficient and competitively priced. Would definitely use as first choice especially given convenient location.
So much better, thank you!
Very quick MOT.
I enquired about MOT and service deal and they gave me a good advice.
I am very pleased with the service and staff.
Polite staff, and not condescending to customers - as are a lot of garages. A clean waiting area, and also a clean and tidy workshop.
An MOT for £5, with service. Amazing prices. Thank you.
Very good value.
Always a great service.
Have used this garage several times and have always been completely satisfied in all aspects.
Reception area well cared for with coffee and the machine. Nice, clean toilet (gents). I was surprised at low cost of MOT and the nice comments regarding condition of the vehicle. Many thanks.
Pure excellence!
I am absolutely amazed at the customer service, workmanship and prices. I don't think I will go anywhere else again!
All of the staff are very polite and helpful. The work area is very clean and tidy, and the general impression given is professional.
I phoned them in the morning to book an MOT, and by 12pm it was all done.
Would consider using Basingstoke MOT & Servicing for further servicing when my manufacturers warranty expires. Very polite and courteous staff too.

Excellent customer service.
I feel I can fully trust this garage.
