The kind lady at reception took the time to explain what the issue with my car was and how they fixed it. I’ve not had that before and will definitely make this my go-to MOT/Servicing and repairs centre. Thank you!

Made contact to see if they could book me in that day for a brake shield issue. They were very accommodating, have good advice over the phone initially. They were. friendly and didn't seem to just want to sponge money. The job was done and very reasonably priced. Definitely use again.

The service I received was in acceptable and advantage was taken of my good nature and trust in them .. The termology for the parts were confusing the work was don a year ago on the same parts as I have proof of purchase and trusted installation as I watched it happen but these are charging double…

The young lady on reception is super friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The rest of the staff are also very efficient & approachable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this garage from my most recent & previous experiences.

Hi there very dissatisfied I been 7 min late for my MOT caused by trafic and the guy behind desk with big satisfaction told me sory you lost the appointment I tried to explain and with smile on he's face said sory you late never again use this garage

Avoid them if you can. They will look for one reason or the other to fail your car. You can't trust them.

I would not take my car anywhere else, you get a great service, individually dealt with, very honest and trustworthy place to take your car.

Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else, friendly staff, service and MOT done in no time at a great price , plenty of places to park and less than ten min walk to chineham shopping centre, see you in a year 👍

Stitched me up for more work after the first MOT (I should have gone to the DVSA then), ordered wrong parts and dragged it out to the end of the month knowing I have mobility issues, telling me in front of other customers that they (Garry) thought I was selling the car and was getting 'Motorbility'.

Will never use again, paid for work which wasn't even completed. Tried speaking with someone and was told he was the manager, he laughed at me down the phone numbers times, digesting behaviour!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE! This company failed my MOT and theyquoted me £700 to fix the issue. Took my car to another mechanic who confirmed the issue was non existent. As a young female they have clearly tried to rip me off. Very untrustworthy, will not be using this garage again.

I had an issue with an exhaust I had fitted recently by another company. The mid and rear sections were not connected. I called BMSC and spoke to Gary, came down straight away and it was fixed in minutes, and without charge. Great customer service putting customer first. Would use again.
