As ever Grantleys were reliable and fair. Steve on reception is clear, helpful and competent. They always do their best to help and when I have needed it have gone the extra mile to sort out my vehicle.

I have used this company for repairs, MOTs and yearly services on my current car and the previous one for the last seven years, and I can't speak too highly of them. They are totally trustworthy, competent and knowledgeable. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Grantleys are an excellent garage. They always call before carrying out work so you know how much it will cost - so no unexpected bills when you turn up. They treat men and women equally with respect and are a friendly team. Have always been very impressed with their work and the costs.

Excellent service, any work to be carried out I was contacted prior to the work being done this was explained at a non technical level. Then at payment again the work that was carried out was explained very well. I would highly recommend this garage, for workmanship, friendliness and professionalism.

These guys give such a good service, always explaining what needs to be done and pointing out things that may need to be done in the future. You get the impression they are genuinely trying to save you money whilst making sure the car is safe to drive. They are usually fully booked well in advance but will find the time to help in an emergency.

Great customer service... I mean great car service... In fact I mean both!
