The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Excellent service, hence why I have been taking my cars here for about eighteen years and I always recommend this garage to friends and work colleagues.

I would highly recommend this garage for reassurance that they can diagnose a fault quickly and use the most cost-effective measures to repair any problems. They explain the fault clearly and give you alternative options for effective repair. I believe my BMW X5 is a complicated and difficult car but the guys there have experience in all types of car. My car had a mechanical, computer and immobiliser problem but the guys there fixed it and returned to me within two days and was probably about a third of the dealership price to fix. My husband is pretty technical and insists we should only trust Hartley Service Centre. We have used other garages in different parts of the country but this is the first that we have ever returned to. If you try them you'll understand!

Excellent garage. I was told to use these guys instead of the local Mercedes garage. Glad I did - they have the latest diagnostic kit and know-how at a great price. Mercedes, quoted me £1200 and Hartley Service Centre completed the work for less than half of this price. Will use this garage every time.
