Took van in Monday, not booked in. No problem, leave it with them and they would fit it in! Let me know what the problem was, told me when the parts would be delivered and fitted and then told me when van would be ready. Greatly relieved as we are heading away this weekend for a week. Excellent!

Very helpful team. Couple of minor problems after the service as it looks like one of the sensor switches has failed. No problem to Hartley Services, explained what the issue was and immediately had me booked in at time and date to suit me. Love the can do attitude of the team.

Rushed, stressed mechanic! Dpf/Egr work & he repeated work I had 2 months before, with chemicals/sensor. Trusted the mechanic, came back to it in valet area, warning light on & broke down days later. Receptionist put phone done on me when I was upset & they moved my car to a housing estate! Poor

Took my car to Hartley service centre after spending a lot money at the main dealer try to sort out a long running electrical fault.amazing Steve sorted out the faults within two days and gave me the car back better then ever.well impressed
Took my Volkswagen van in with a gearbox fault.the work was carried out on time and to the penny.very happy with the standard of work and help the garage gave me with collecting the van.nice guys to deal with
Took vehicle in for oil leak possible fly wheel . Was told it would be looked at in after weekend. Was not told the work would be carried out by third party . Price quoted went up by £300 : was told vehicle not drivable and had been towed to the third party garage . That was a lie .
