After a full inspection by another large chain on 23rd December 2014, a disastrous start to our Christmas journey followed. The Volvo V70 lost pulling power after just 17 miles. We were quoted £4000 for a reconditioned engineer. We asked to be transferred home with the car, organised a hire car and went off. Hartley Service Centre were brilliant! After a diagnostic test they found a battery fault. The battery was replaced and systems reset and all is well. That's service!
