Clearly time is take to first understand any issues or concerns, they take time to call back and make sure you are happy with the findings and options to repair/ replace. Quality work ( it has always been fixed first time) and pleasant helpful team. I have recommended to numerous others and now take all my family’s cars to A D Sutton. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I love this garage and have used them over their two premises. A family business, they are "extremely" friendly, they will take the time to explain issues and they more often than not remember either your voice or the car when you call. I feel I am valued and my car is certainly still on the road because of their experience. Their customer service, excellent work and attention to detail means I couldn't recomment them highly enough!

I've used Adam and Emma for a bernof years - for both Audi and non-Audi vehicles. Adam and his team are proper mechanics- they know how to solve issues that are more than "plug in the diagnostic equipment and do what it says" Emma is always friendly and welcoming and all work is explained and price given before it's carried out. AD Sutton is a real find.

I found A D Sutton by chance via a third party, but boy was I pleased to do so. I'm very much old school and appreciate good honest service, and that is exactly what you get. Adam the owner is first class and explains fully and frankly which is what I like. He has an excellent team, and Emma and Gail make you feel very welcome and appreciated as a customer. Whilst they are not the nearest 'Trust My Garage' member to where I live, they are very much my preferred member and one I have no hesitation in recommending

A.D.Sutton Independent VW Specialists offered a first customer service from the moment I contacted them by phone through to driving my vehicle away from them as a happy customer. The work carried out was second to none, they kept me informed of all work needed to be carried out, and explained the reasons why. They gave me options to prioritise what needed to be repaired against what could wait in order to fit my budget. I would have absolutely no issue whatsoever recommending these guys to take care of your VAG vehicle. I shall be using A.D.Sutton for ALL my future VW Beetle needs!
