This is an absolutely wonderful local garage. They are so kind, friendly and reliable. We live nearby and have been going there for years. They are a neighbourhood gem.

Aladdin is a family run garage with a long history of providing fast, fairly priced & reliable MOTs, servicing & repairs right from the heart of Jericho. They are a knowledgeable bunch and having used them for well over a decade now, I have no hesitation recommending them for all car & van repairs.
I have used them for an MOT and they were great about that. Today they helped me out after some warning lights came on with the engine. They were excellent.
The owner Gill is the nicest most helpful person. She goes out of her way to help and is always polite and friendly. All the staff are excellent. Keep you updated on progress of the car. I would highly recommend.
This is the second time that we have not been happy with the overall customer care at this garage. I shouldn't have gone back. Very poor communication. The older receptionist lied several times to us and swore at me down the phone. I will definitely not be using again.
Aladdin failed my car with 2 majors, a second opinion passed it with one advisory. Aladdin wanted £366 to fix it, the second opinion fixed the advisory for £131. Front desk staff were rude and sarcastic.
Great customer service, always fit you in and very speedy service , thank you all so much!
Excellent service and extremely honest and friendly staff - saved a lot of time and money and got nothing but excellent service, highly recommended!
Mega service! V friendly and reasonably priced. Would make them my go-to if I lived in Oxford!!
Really good service from their mechanics who have diagnosed faults on my car that other garages missed completely, even really hard to find faults (it's an old car). Gill is always the friendly face of reception. Really pleased with everything they've done on my car(s).
This garage is right up my street (literally). The best service and value anywhere in Oxford.
Remedial work done was well priced. Courteous and very helpful. Would recommend.
I started using Aladdin over ten years ago after my Volkswagen camper 'specialist' messed up a bearing replacement and couldn't fix the mess he created. Not the cheapest per hour, but by the time you've been misled and overcharged by other mechanics you'll be better off with Aladdin. Simply: "The Best".
I've been using Aladdin for nine years. A really trustworthy garage - staff are friendly and very knowledgeable, and try to do the best deal they can on parts without compromising quality of work. They are always willing to give advice on all aspects of running a car - highly recommended.
Great garage. Always stay in touch and give option on price (parts/service). Not the cheapest but the best grease monkeys in Oxford!
Thanks again for your friendly and helpful approach.
Awesome staff. The middle-aged lady is a bundle of joy and very knowledgeable about parts. Highly recommended.
Always helpful staff.
Aladdin could not have been more helpful. Our car broke down with no clear single cause and they dedicated a lot of time and effort to finding the problem and sorting it. They were extremely helpful and friendly throughout and were responsive to my queries. I would highly recommend them.
I have been using this garage for 20 years. I hope never to use another.
