Pro-Auto (Bicester) Ltd

Fantastic garage. The standard of work is extremely high, the staff are really friendly, and they have even told me that some work was unnecessary, even though another garage said it was. I wouldn't use anywhere else now.

If you are looking for an outstanding garage, where a very high standard of workmanship, customer care and courtesy are important, look no further. My wife and I have used Pro-auto, on the Upper Heyford Park, for several years and have had no hesitation in recommending them to loads of our friends. Their attention to detail and level of professionalism are absolutely excellent. I turned up this afternoon, without an appointment, as my car had started to make an awful noise. Anthony dealt with this immediatedly, sorting out the problem thoroughly and quickly. His competence and courtesy to customers are exemplary. Thank you. George

I feel I can trust this garage and have built a good relationship with the staff here.

I highly recommend this garage, and will continue to use them at every opportunity. Chris and the team go well beyond the expectations of an independent garage would go, much to do with there main dealer training. They took on my sons problematic vehicle and ran a clean sweep mechanically to fix it, not the first time I’ve been impressed with their level of commitment.
