Used to be reliable, but after this, never again. A 1-week quote turned into 3+ weeks with zero updates. Despite knowing I need the car for a disabled family member, they offered no sympathy, no courtesy car, and no goodwill discount. Only a formal complaint got them moving. Avoid.

I have been to this garage twice in two weeks for the same issue (engine management light). I got an appointment quickly. I haven't been ripped off, the issues have been sorted and explained. I really recommend them as it is nice to feel you can trust a garage.

Excellent service. I had no appointment and called in re damaged exhaust. Repaired it 'free'. Can't get better than that.
