Friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to have a chat through options. Great quality of work from them so far Only slight disappointment was collecting the car completely unwashed, which is u usual, especially given the amount of the bill. I will still go back, however.
We can't praise Nicholsons (also known as Stalham Engineering) in Stalham Green highly enough. Extremely professional and friendly they are a delight to deal with. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
They repositioned a dislodged clip on my Mercedes handbrake when I thought I'd snapped the cable. Total bill of £20 when I was expecting a bill in the £100s. What more to say - other than thank you for your professionalism!

The service I have received from Stalham Engineering has always been second to none. The staff are friendly and welcoming. No one speaks to me like I am a dimwit wrt technical matters (BIG plus that one). Prices are fair. Communication is great. They collect and return my car. What's not to like?
I cannot rate Nicholson’s highly enough, they have been my go to garage for many years now. I have always been given an excellent & reliable service, from MOT, services & repairs, to vehicle advice. My latest issue was dealt with within hours of me calling them Tuesday, I couldn’t ask for anymore.

Excellent affordable service/repairs given. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A collection and delivery service is given if needed, which is really helpful as I live 6 miles away in Hoveton. Highly recommend this lovely family business.

Our car was relayed to the garage after a breakdown. The relay mechanic and initial visual assessment suggested that the problems could be serious. However, the garage worked promptly, honestly and efficiently. The repair was cheaper and easier than feared. Total integrity and friendliness.
