Very friendly, helpful garage 😁
They are always friendly and professional, they explain everything about what they are going to do for my vehicle, contact me if they may have to do additional work and has always been at a reasonable price.
Excellent Service and Responsiveness
Nicholson's provide an excellent service from reception through to workshop. Anna the receptionist is friendly and efficient. Adam in the workshop knowledgeable, friendly & professional. Overall excellent service from a friendly professional team.
Excellent Customer Service, easy to book, and kept informed along the way. Service price was as expected and l appreciated the full printed breakdown of the service. Staff thoughtfully provided a new Service Book. Only gripe is charging for washer bottle top up when it was already full.
