Always tell me what needs doing and tell me which to prioritise. MOT rarely have they needed to work. So feel genuine great service. My daughters car and my son in law use now and they do not have SAAB. Great service
The first time I called Indy Saab I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable person (Kath) they gave me expert advice before I purchased the car and even before I had any work carried out by them. When I did have work carried out, it was to an exceptional standard. All costs were laid out to me and advice on potential required future work was given. Such a polite, knowledgeable and friendly garage. Have already recommended them to friends and family.
