Very efficient and thorough service
Fantastic service and excellent knowledge. Very fair prices, will always use. Highly recommended.
Outstanding. I had the misfortune of having a bearing blow out on my mobile bar (a converted horsebox) a few weeks ago on my way to an important event in Derbyshire. My business is a small start-up and being stranded in Newark could very well have left us bankrupt. I entered Chapples Autos with a handful of bits feeling a little distraught and fearful, but the team were incredible. To a man they rallied around me to repair my wheel hub and bearings, despite a limited amount of material left to work with. They contacted local suppliers in search of the parts and even took me to them to collect the items. I was back on the road in a few hours and made my event - I'm still in business primarily because of Chapples and I can't thank them enough
Used this garage for many years, fantastic place and will go out on a limb to ensure your vehicle is on the road in no time. Made the mistake of using a local 'specialist' near home, (35 miles) away.... Never again! I'll travel to Chapples every time!
