Excellent service from a small family run business with a great customer service attitude. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for all of my future garage needs.

I was travelling from Sunderland to Whickham on the Friday before Xmas when my clutch went on Sunnyside bank, I rang Sunnyside garage and even though they were closing for the holidays they came out and towed my car into their garage and replaced my clutch, excellent staff and service.

My car went to for an inspection on the 9th Feb, told clutch and fly shell was needed, price give of £740.00 told they could do it on 13th Feb. I dropped car in on 13th. I call garage at 4:30pm ask if car was ready. Told car hadn’t even been look at. Waste of my time. Shocking don’t use this garage

Did not expect garage to use so much of my petrol/mileage (30+ miles). Used to get a carwash and valet included in service so disappointed that this is no longer the case, especially as there were muddy marks left in the foot-well. Took two days to service so I had to pay two days for courtesy car.

Sixteen year old car, total breakdown, computer driven and dead. Very difficult to diagnose and repair, but not to difficult for Sunniside garage.
