I would definitely use this garage. The staff were informative and listened. The MOT was done but needed remedial work, yet it was still ready when they said it would be and it was not expensive as it has been at other garages I have visited in the past. I will be using this garage again for my next service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mention either of my cars by colour and model and the guys in this garage will know exactly who you mean! That shows you how many years I've been with this garage. My cars go nowhere else as I feel that no other garage in the area offers the same amount of attention to detail and quality. If you don't want to get ripped off by someone who tells you that you need your car serviced for £300 when all you need is a £3 fuse, then this garage is where you need to go.

I don't normally praise so highly, but N A Motors provide excellent value for money. They're brilliant, polite and transparent in all dealings. Quite a breath of fresh air.

My car developed a full leak and was taken in for repair. This was done the next day. The service was so good and friendly that I bought a set of tyres and had a MOT. A very friendly clean and tidy garage.

This was my second visit to this garage. On my first visit I took my BMW for fault diagnostics and repair. The manager and chief technician managed to diagnose the fault within a short time and ordered the part, fixing the fault within three hours. I was so happy, because I had taken the car to other garages who each told me different diagnostics and couldn't fix the fault. A friend recommended I take my car from Harrow to N A Motors, I was so pleased with the outcome I took my wife's car for full service and it was done to a very good standard. Important points I noticed were: High quality customer service, very competent mechanics with very high technical knowledge and know how about various types of cars, follow health and safety regulations. Friendly staff, especially garage manager Thaya was looking after all the customers with care. Specially following the ''Good Garage code of conduct'' that was my best interested me to write a recommendation and leave positive feedback here. I bet if you visit this garage once you will know what I am talking about. Another interesting point was, while I was there another customer had come from Luton to have his car serviced because he was using this garage for a few years. I am looking forward to visiting this garage for further regular services. I would like to nominate this garage for top garage of this week and every week, best wishes to them.
