Car was overheating. Told problem was fan. Had fan cleaned for £66 Used car next day, broke down 10 miles. Rac said problem misdiagnosed. Fan was working, thermostat needed changing. Garage claimed no responsibility for misdiagnosis. No offer of a refund or acknowledgement of mistake.
Have been coming here since 2008 to get MOT and servicing for my car. They are so helpful and friendly. They explain what they have done and prices are reasonable.
