Took my car in for a second opinion as I didn't trust the first garage I took the car to. Very courteous on the telephone. Inspected my car there and then, showed me where the fault was and gave me an honest quote. Very happy with the service.

I have used NA several times for MOT and service work. They are friendly, fairly efficient and good value for money. I do, however, have three issues with them: 1. If you ask them to do something specific and they don't think they should, they don't do it. I asked them to replace a thermostat. When I went to get the car, they said they hadn't done it because the heaters work fine (which wasn't my concern). 2. When they did a 'full service', I looked in my radiator later and found that there was no antifreeze in there whatsoever, just water. 3. They will only use parts and tyres from their horribly over-priced suppliers and refuse point blank to fit parts from any other supplier. Overall, they're not con men and they're better than Kwik Fit, but I would only recommend them for MOTs and simple jobs like tyres and exhausts. They are not 'engine people' at all.
