I have been going to Highview Garage for more years than I can remember and the manager Tony is a good personal friend. I have always received excellent treatment and excellent service from him and his colleagues, this includes regular MOTs for all the cars I have owned over the years and also specific problems that have arisen, in particular more recently the renewal of a fuel pump which is not an easy job, but was done with efficiency and competence, having a remarkable recovery effect on my little car which I do not drive that often. We've been coming to Highview Garage for years - they're a really lovely independent business - incredibly welcoming, honest and professional - and with really great prices. When we weren't able to go to to Highview during lockdown to get our car serviced, we had to go to Halfords instead. They gave us a huge list of repairs they said were needed. Rather than doing them at Halfords, we waited for a slot at Highview. The team were amazing - and explained that the car didn't need any of these things doing and gave us back the car without any charge. They were so generous with their time and expertise. I can't thank them enough!

I have been coming to this garage for years and I recommend it to anyone looking for a conscientious, trustworthy, hardworking and honest place to safely leave their car to be serviced or repaired. I am 76 and sadly have had many unfortunate and costly experiences in trying to service my car. By going to Highview I can be assured that I will be treated fairly and efficiently. Some of the best customer service I have experienced in this type of industry, along with very knowledgeable staff who gave me clear and truthful information of what was required for my car to pass an MOT and or what was needed for a service and also providing me with a detailed quote in order to avoid any unpleasant surprises. There are not many garages I would entrust my cars to give me a brilliant service and a fair price. Highview Garage is a true exception to the rule. Trusted them with my little Clio RS, now I'd probably trust them with my life. :) Very professional, very polite, very patient and very honest. They did an MOT for a very reasonable price. When asked to re-gas my air conditioning, they found that my condenser and dehumidifier have leaks and didn't charge me a penny for wasted time, wasted gas or diagnosis. Recently I had a very similar experience when I took my car to a highly recommended, local official Renault service, where they charged me £230 for what was essentially an oil & filter change + a crappy official renault inspection where they didn't spot a dead AC or a bent shock absorber, even though I pointed out the alignment was out of whack. Well, I definitely know to which garage I will be coming back. Thanks again Highview Garage!
