The car was picked up by a young gentleman and taken to the garage where it was serviced and checked over at a fantastic price. The car was dropped off back at my house at a time to suit me. All in all a fantastic well-run garage, very well priced and very nice staff.

Used Waterside Car Services for my annual service. The staff were professional and courteous on arrival. A phone call was made to update me on the progress and finally to inform me that the work had been completed. The work was completed to a high standard. I will continue to use this garage as the price is very reasonable. This is a garage who tells you how it is in plain English, none of the confusing garage language that you get with main dealerships. Very highly recommend as you don't get ripped off, unlike with the main dealers. I will be using this garage again & again for my servicing & MOT's.

I used Waterside Car Services again, this time for a service and MOT. As always the staff were professional and courteous on arrival. Incredible service once again from Waterside. I had a serious problem with a gearbox casing/mounting which meant that I was about to have my car off the road for the busiest weekend of the year in the Taxi calendar. Remembering that this was a short notice situation, not only did they arrange a lift home for me (I live 20miles away) and a pick up when the car was ready, but they also worked into the night and from 4AM on the following morning, just to make sure I was back on the road as soon as possible. Customer service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and this is probably why this garage is so busy. A credit to the trade, a credit to The Good Garage Scheme. I will continue to use and recommend this establishment for hopefully a long time to come.
