I've lived in the Medway towns all my life and never knew this garage existed until this week thanks to Trust My Garage. It's a hidden diamond! The Receptionist Lynsey was incredibly polite and helpful. My car went in at 10am on the Wednesday and was ready for collection fully repaired before 1pm the following day. All the required work was carried out and for exactly the price I was quoted. I was also provided with information that would help me if I needed or wanted anything else to be done. I cannot recommend this garage highly enough and will definitely be passing on their number to all friends and family. Great job, great service and all in all a superb and trustworthy garage. Thank You Mach 1!! See you again soon, although hopefully not TOO soon!

Outstanding service! Booked my Audi A6 in for a full service plus a shopping list of niggles. Andy was happy to have a look without any hesitation and solved all the issues. Lyndsey kept me informed throughout. They also found a nail in my tyre from a dash warning which had been on for a few days. Again, they sourced a tyre on the day and fitted it as part of the service. Picked up the car at 5pm all done, computers all reset and the bonus that Mach1 has access to dealer databases so can update the service online as well as in hard copy. Extremely polite and genuine people, competitively priced. Highly recommended, Thanks Andy and Lyndsey!

Great service for a great price I will use mach1 again and would recommend them to anybody that needs any type of work done on their vehicles

When I called into Mack 1 and asked them to price supply and fit for new front brakes pads, they made it very ear to me that discs could be required as well and will be ordered with Pads to save time for me getting the vehicle back. The discs may of not been required as they meet the requirements for thickness. Unfortunately mine were not but I wasn't surprised or shocked by the extra costs as I had already been warned just in case. A brilliant service and great owners.

Andy has just repaired my Porsche Boxster. His work is excellent and very competitively priced. I would absolutely recommend Mach 1 to anybody.

I took my car in as I dodged a cat and damaged the wheel and needed a new tyre the wheel rim was straightened and painted looks like new I was very impressed with the excellent service and professionalism and will be going back shortly for a service and it’s 5 minutes down the road from me

Had a problem with a slow puncture on my brand new car which I put up with for a few weeks, local franchised dealer recommended fitting a new tyre. Diagnosis by Mach1 confirmed that there was no puncture but suggested a faulty TPMS Valve. New TPMS valve supplied and fitted, tyre re-fitted with bead sealant, took about 10 mins - no problems since. Cost of parts £10. Speed and quality of Mach1's service - excellent. Highly Recommended.
