First time visiting Autocraft and wow! I took my car in to have a leak investigated. Sam and his team found the problem and fixed my car quickly. Sam’s explanation of the problem and the fix was really clear to me as a non-mechanic person. That coupled with honest comments and realistic timescales on how long they would need to keep my car for gave me some extra confidence. I had some additional questions for Sam regarding something else I had spotted about my vehicle previously, which Sam was able to provide a comprehensive theory behind this too. Overall experience was excellent. Sam provides an professional, honest, reliable and excellent service (along with a great sense of humour too) I would highly recommend Autocraft. Once again a huge thank you Sam for getting me safely back on the road
