Very friendly and helpful staff, just like last year. Dropped my car late evening. MOT done next morning while I was working miles away and as I could not collect my car before the garage closes, they even dropped my car back to my home free of charge. Recommended, but minor communication problem (happily resolved). I booked in for a 100'000 mile service for a 2004 Ford Focus. I dropped my car off at 8am and the work was completed within 2.5hrs. Upon being advised of the completion of work I was advised of some repair work that had been identified. I received a quotation and agreed the work. The part had to be ordered in but was expected to arrive within the hour. I walked to the garage about 90mins after the call to check progress and was told the part had arrived and was about to worked on. I was told the process should take about 40mins. I explained there was no major rush but due to my phone battery being low I'd pop back in an hour as it was likely I couldn't be contacted. When I arrived I was advised that the work hadn't begun as the mechanic was on on lunch. I received several apologies for the miscommunication (which was partly my fault for not explaining that I was unable to do anything until my car was returned). The garage were very apologetic and the fact that they were very open about the work (I was able to see the part replaced if I wanted) and courteous went a long way and I'll return again - next time I'll be more concise if I have a timescale etc.

I have complete trust in management and all staff.
