I lost my only VW Sirocco key. The local VW garage could only sort the issue if I could get the car to them, and the usual locksmith was not equipped to deal with the car. Volksworks were happy to help find a solution which involved removing the clocks, taking them back to the garage where a new key was programmed. I rang Wednesday evening and got an appointment early Thursday morning with the job completed by Thursday afternoon. Great service and clearly very knowledgeable.
