I have been using this garage for a few years now without a problem. I had a small incident with the service on my last visit but the owner dealt with it in a very satisfactory way and I have been very happy with the resolution. The best thing is that every time I book the car for any work he always gives me a list with jobs that I should carry in the future. He is not pushing for a new sale, he is concerned that you will not push your car to the limit and pay more for something which could have been fixed earlier. The garage is always busy and you have to book with plenty of time, but if you have an emergency, he always finds time for you. I recently had to change my exhaust and I could have gone to one of those kickfix places, but I much prefer to keep the small local business running where I am known by name and I mean something to them.
Spare wheel was left unsecured in boot.
I would recommend it to anyone. The only problem is that it becoming too popular, which sometimes makes it hard to book in!
