My Tiguan was booked in yesterday for a safety check before a driving holiday in France . Upon inspection , fairly late in the day , The technician recommended that the oil was changed as well. The garage delivered the car late but it saved me a second trip. They ran the extra mile .

Lee and his team are a pleasure to deal with. They are always happy to answer any questions and take time to explain about any work required or recommended. There is never any pressure to have work done. Pricing is always clear too. Great garage!

My car had failed its MOT at another garage who were unable to carry out the work needed for a month. WSG not only managed to squeeze my car in for the work, and source a difficult part to find, they even found a spare slot to give me a new MOT. The customer service was excellent.

Made a real effort to squeeze in MOT which I left until the last minute and much better value than the BMW garage that had quoted for the work.

Slightly loath to 'recommend to others' because they are so good! We use WSG for all our cars and they never fail to impress with their high levels of service and politeness. You can't ask for anymore.

Friendly staff and comprehensive info of the outcome of the service. Car still needs work doing to fix an issue but just awaiting further info from the garage on this. Would recommend.

I have used Witley Station Garage for years. My car is high mileage and 12 years old now and they keep her in perfect condition with lots of advanced warnings of items going to need attention at some point so I can plan dates and spread costs, which I appreciate as a pensioner.
